Summer News


Summer is here and the weather is beautiful. We have enrolled on an outdoor development programme and are busy with all our new resources playing outside as much as possible in all weathers with water, building and making dens. We are on a 12 month programme to develop our outdoor area to provide a high quality outdoor service for the children and they absolutely love it. All they ask for is to go outside all day. We will be getting lots more resources for the garden over the next coming months.

For our summer trip this year we went to Knowsley Safari Park and everyone had a great day. We have taken lots of lovely pictures of the animals which will be on our album tab shortly so please take a look at what we saw.

We have also been having music and movement lessons off a teacher called Barbara Sloan who comes in on a Wednesday and all the children have really enjoyed those sessions.

We only have a few children leaving for school in September but are providing wrap around care for some children and I will be collecting from Malvern Primary School at 11.30am on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so if you would benefit from this service please contact me on the nursery telephone number or send me an e-mail.

Also we will be holding an open day at the end of July so please keep an eye out for the details and come along and have some fun.
